Payment method:

1.  For any inquiry or ordering, please leave your message at this blog / email to hkfunnyhouse@yahoo.com.

2.  After receiving our order confirmation, please kindly remit the payment to our PAYPAL / HSBC Hong Kong account within 2 days and then notify us. 

**4% Paypal fee is charged to the Paypal customers, Paypal fee is base on the total value**

E.g. Product: USD10, freight: USD5     

Paypal fee: (USD10 + USD5) x 4% = USD0.60

3.   Any import charges, including duties & taxes are borne by the Buyers.

Shipping:

1.  Only ships to the buyers’ PayPal address.

We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

2.  Delivery Time: Ship within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment.

3.  For pre-order product:  Since the goods come form the others countries, the handling time will be longer to 7 – 21 business days.  We will notify you once it arrives.

4.  Arrival Time: Within 7-20 business days (not included Sat & Sun)  [Please be noted that delivery time may vary, particularly during peak periods, weather conditions.]

5.  Item will be shipped via registered airmail with the tracking number. 

6.  We can also provide courier service (EMS); please contact us for the freight quotation.

Return & Refund:

1.  Replacement request is available only within 3 days after the goods are received.

2.  Refund will be offered if the replacement is not available.  Item must be returned with undamaged & unused.

3.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

4.  Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs for return.
